Why Traditional Brickbat Coba Fails
Brickbat coba is heavy, crack-prone and almost impossible to repair once it breaks. Thermal expansion and contraction open cracks, water enters the layer and the leakage appears on the top-floor ceiling. We remove failed coba where necessary and replace it with a light, jointless membrane that moves with the structure.
